These terms apply to every piece, image and graphic that partner publications take from Autoris News. Version of October 2026.
Autoris News is the press service of the Autoris Leadership Institute, a press agency since 1999. We publish research news and features on leadership, learning, AI and the future of work for newspapers, magazines and websites.
All rights are granted on a non-exclusive basis. Passing pieces on to other publications or agencies requires our written consent.
Each piece carries the credit line shown on its page, for example "By Matthias Ehrhardt, Autoris News". Online, please link the credit line to https://autoris.news. The author bio at the end of a piece may be shortened and stays with the piece.
You may cut pieces for length, write your own headlines and subheads, and adapt spelling and style to your house rules. Facts, figures and the meaning of quotes stay as they are. For larger changes, write to us and we will help, often within a day.
Every image comes with a caption, a credit line and its license. Photos by Autoris are cleared for use with the article they belong to. Other images are public domain or published under Creative Commons licenses such as CC BY or CC BY-SA. For those, please print the photographer's name and the license as shown. Autoris grants the rights each license allows and passes on its conditions.
Quotes reproduce published statements by researchers and other named people and are documented in the sources of each piece. Please keep quotes word for word and attributed to their speakers. You may print or drop the source list.
We use AI as a research tool, especially for long and research-intensive pieces: to search papers faster, to check figures and quotes against their sources and to prepare translations. The ideas, the reporting, the choice of researchers and quotes, the structure and the final wording come from our editors. They read every piece and approve it before it reaches you. Our house rule: the machine may suggest, a human decides.
We research every piece carefully and correct errors quickly. If we correct a piece, we notify every partner who is running it, and we ask you to publish the correction promptly. If you spot something, tell us at matthias@autoris.com.
We stand behind the accuracy of our pieces as delivered. You decide what to publish, where and how, and you are responsible for your edits, headlines, image selection and the context in which a piece appears. To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
During the pilot, pieces are free for partner editors. We will announce the end of the pilot and the fees that follow at least 30 days in advance. Pieces you have already published remain yours to keep in your archive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The courts of Boston, Massachusetts, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
